Within 10 Days of Submission Deadline

Question
The rule number A7.3.1 says the documents must be submitted within 10 days of the deadline.  Does that mean we have 10 more days after the deadline has passes to make the submission?
Answer
This rule indicates that if teams do not submit their document within ten days after the deadline, they will be removed from the competition. This rule does not indicate an extension. A deadline is a deadline, and teams will be penalized for every day past the deadline.



For example, the Frame Pre-Check is due on 01/15/15. If a team doesn't submit their document by 01/25/15, they will be removed from the competition.
