Frame Pre-Checklist Invoices and Material Specs

Question
We have ordered our materials for our frame, but we have not yet received an invoice or material specification sheets. If we do not have those by the Frame Pre-Checklist deadline (1/15/15) will we be penalized for not having those? Should we still submit our documentation with calculations and add the invoice and material spec sheets later? Thank you, Jace Birschbach
Answer
If you will not have your material invoices or material specifications by the deadline, submit your documentation anyways with your calculations. The documents will be rejected, but they will be submitted. The documents will be accepted when you have re-submitted the document with the appropriate invoices and material specifications.
