Bias Adjuster for balance bar of master cylinder

Hello, We are looking into adding a bias adjuster to our balancing bar for the master cylinder depression rod. This bias adjuster will allow us to change the bias for the front to back braking. The bias adjuster will allow us to use a knob that rotates to change the bias from inside the cockpit at any time. The locking of all four brakes will still occur.
