The 2023 Cost Event Description is now available. This document can be found online Series Resources under Cost Event Resources. This document mirrors the 2022 event description previously posted. The only revisions made include revising the required submission dates for the 2023 competition season as well as adding content specific to new teams for how to complete the Written Cost Reduction Report portion of the event.

As a reminder, the following required submissions deadlines are approaching:

• Written Cost Reduction Report is due February 16, 2023

• Initial Prototype Cost Report is due on March 16, 2023

All teams must submit their initial prototype cost report that is complete in its entirety by the deadline March 16, 2023 to avoid late penalties or removal from the competition. Once submitted, teams will have the option to continue making changes as needed up to 7 days prior to each competition registered.
