February 1, 2024: Roll Cage Documentation Package Due
March 4, 2024: Written Cost Reduction Report Due
March 11, 2024: Business Presenter Form Due
March 18, 2024: Online Cost Prototype Due

*These documents are required to be submitted for every competition the team is attending. Fast Track Roster is completed online SAE.org under the Team’s Registration page.
All documents are to be submitted either on or before the deadline date and the time of 11:59:59 PM Eastern to avoid penalty of late submission. Documents should be submitted using required templates from Series Resources for the 2024 competition season.
Also please make sure you are watching the Baja SAE website and/or mobile app for announcements on updates throughout the year. Note: Turn on push notifications on the app to make sure that you never miss a post! Teams should see required document submission areas online before the end of week. Document submissions will not open until October 2, 2023.
Virtual Business Presentation will take place on March 28, 2024. Event times are TBD. SAE and Business Event Captains plans to announce selected RPF submissions to advance to virtual presentations by end of January. The virtual presentation schedule will be created and published on or before March 1, 2024.
