Per Baja SAE Rule A.2.2.2- General Notice- A general notice is a document released by SAE on an as-needed basis to communicate a clarification or modification of a rule, process, or safety concern. General notices hold the same validity and weight as the rule book and are only valid for the competition year in which they are issued.
