Hello Baja SAE teams!
To prepare for upcoming virtual presentations please complete the following steps at your earliest convenience:
Submit your ‘Presenter Form’ by March 24th: Please have your presenter form submitted on www.bajasae.net/ by 11:59:59 PM ET, March 24th in the document submissions. No handwritten forms will be accepted. You can download a copy of the presenters form directly by clicking here. The presenter form can also be found under series resources under the Business Presentation Event Resources tab.
Stay Tuned: More information on Hopin and how to access your presentation room will be shared soon. Hopin room links and platform instructions will be distributed as soon as they are available.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Only 10 individuals will be able to share their audio/video during the presentation. 5 of these available screens will be taken up by judges, meaning that teams will have a total of 5 screens to utilize throughout the presentation.
- Presentations will be recorded.
