To incentivize teams to pre-order their meals, SAE, and local organizers, have decided to assign the first 25 Briggs Engine check numbers at Arizona based on the order in which the pre-order forms are submitted for the first 25 teams. This list will be published shortly after order deadline of September 7th and supplied to Briggs. The deadline to submit orders is September 7th and unfortunately no onsite tickets will be sold.
As teams are just getting back to class, SAE and local organizers want to ensure teams are making pre-ordering their onsite meals a priority with the approaching deadline. As a reminder, the event location is far from any restaurants and the venue does not allow onsite grilling. Student teams can purchase five meals per student at the cost of $20 per person.
