IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT FOOD OPTIONS
RIT will be offering a meal plan option that will provide each team lunch on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. It will also allow you access to the food at the banquet. For those of you who have not been to a Rochester event in the past, there are very few places in the Palmyra area for food which is why they wanted to offer this option to you. This is a pre-order only option and will not be offered on a day-to-day basis. Teams must register for the meal plan options for each member by Wednesday, May 18th at 11:59 pm.

• The cost is $35 per team member for 4 meals, including the banquet.
• It is recommended that one person from each team submit the meal plan purchase for all interested team members. This will allow the organizers to keep all of the team information together.
• After clicking the link, the purchaser will need to create an RIT Community Login account in order to make the purchase.
• The purchaser will need to know how many meal plans to request and if there are any dietary restrictions i.e. vegetarian, gluten free, not pork.
• The awards ceremony will still be open to any team that opts out of the meal plan option, but you will not be able to access banquet food.
