General Volunteers

The competition needs many general volunteers who can assist us in filling roles such as:

Event Setup

Volunteers assist in physical set up of the event. Most tasks usually consist of physical labor such as putting up fencing, setting up tables and chairs, laying out parking lot, hanging signage, etc.

Hospitality

Volunteers assist with setting up and distributing meals and beverages for volunteers. Volunteers will assist with any sponsored student meals as well.

Parking Assistance

Volunteers assist event operations with parking team trailers on Day 1. Volunteers will also assist with guiding team overflow, volunteers, and spectators to general parking on all days.

Registration

Volunteers assist with volunteer registration operations, answering questions, and directing individuals to appropriate locations or event leads. Volunteers may also assist with student registration.

These positions require no engineering knowledge. Volunteers can be as young as 18 years old.
