Question
We purchased new neck supports and wrist restraints. We saw that everything had the SFI 3.3 rating patch, but none had dates on them. I called the supplier and they said the date of manufacture is no longer required. Can we still use the ones we just bought or should we return them and try to find some with dates?
Answer
Some manufactures have not been following the procedures outlined by SFI. All manufactures are required to have a Date of Manufacturing (DOM) on the product somewhere. If you receive a product that does not have this date please contact the manufacturing for a new product/refund. If you still have issues please contact us with the manufacturer's information and we will forward this on to SFI.
